1. Information Text on LPPD

This Information Text has been prepared by LCM ROTA İNŞAAT VE DENİZCİLİK TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company” and “Data Controller”) in order to inform and enlighten you regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”, “LPPD”).

As the Data Controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, we take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that personal data is stored securely and processed in accordance with the law.

Accordingly, this Information Text has been drawn up to inform you regarding the processing, retention, and transfer of your personal data pursuant to the Law.

In accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

This Information Notice has been prepared within the scope of the LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (“Law”), the COMMUNIQUÉ ON THE PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES TO BE FOLLOWED IN FULFILLING THE OBLIGATION TO INFORM (“Communiqué”), and the GUIDE ON COOKIE APPLICATIONS published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, in order to inform visitors of www.lcmrotadenizcilik.com (“Website”) regarding whether cookies are used on the Website.

What is a Cookie?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer (or other internet-enabled devices such as smartphones and tablets) or network servers by the websites you visit via browsers. • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing disappear, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of LPPD and other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
