This Disclosure Statement has been prepared by LCM ROTA İNŞAAT VE DENİZCİLİK TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company” and “Data Controller”) in order to inform and enlighten you regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”, “KVKK”).

As the Data Controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that personal data is stored securely and processed in compliance with the law.

Accordingly, this Disclosure Statement has been prepared to inform you about the processing, retention, and transfer of your personal data pursuant to the Law.

Your personal data may vary depending on the services and commercial activities provided by the Data Controller in compliance with the Law;

Your personal data may be obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically through the Data Controller’s headquarters, branches, call centers, websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, training sessions, seminars, and similar environments.

Transfer of Your Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law for the following purposes:

Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, personal data subjects have the following rights:

• To request information if their personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data
• To object to analyses carried out exclusively through automated systems
• To request compensation in case of damage
