Dredging

Dredging operations on any type of seabed require a flexible and capable marine dredging fleet. The necessary equipment varies depending on the hardness of the seabed (clay, rock, schist, sand, mud) and the required dredging depth. Prior to commencing dredging operations, we evaluate the project implementation phases in detail and assemble the most suitable equipment for your specific project requirements (such as floating excavators, bucket dredgers, hopper barges, cutter suction dredgers, etc.), ensuring full compliance with technical and operational specifications. All equipment utilized is integrated with a D-GPS positioning and measurement system, enabling real-time monitoring to ensure that dredging activities are carried out within the correct coordinates and at the specified depths. This system prevents operational errors and minimizes potential time losses. All equipment used in our dredging operations is owned within our organization and operates on a 24/7 basis, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and uninterrupted project execution. Marine Filling

LCM ROTA Maritime has the equipment to carry out all filling operations that need to be done from the sea, and during these filling operations, it uses positioning systems and works in a way to minimize errors. Marine rock filling operations are arranged either by split barge dumping or by means of a floating crane, making it possible to carry out rock filling of any size.

Jetty and Pier Construction

With its technical staff, equipment, and machinery fleet, LCM Rota is fully capable of handling port construction projects. In addition to these projects, LCM Rota also acts as a subcontractor for tasks such as pipe driving under piers, shoring, pile driving, and providing logistical support via sea to locations inaccessible by land.

Steel Pile Driving

Steel Pile Driving can be used in forming the foundation of a pier or quay within the sea, in reinforcing the sub-foundation of unstable and expired marine structures, in quay and pier expansion and renovation works, in deep excavations to prevent the material under coastal structures from flowing into the sea and the sub-material from emptying, and in infrastructure projects for creating collapse and impermeability curtains. These operations are carried out in all areas in a COMFORTABLE, FLEXIBLE, PRACTICAL, AND ECONOMICAL manner.

Sheet Pile Installation

It is an interlocked steel material driven with hydraulic vibratory hammers attached to an excavator or crane, used in non-cohesive loose soils (Sand, Silt, etc.) and excavations below sea level where the desired slope cannot be formed and to slow down water permeability. Sheet pile lengths are determined according to the ground condition and load calculation.
